Step 2

Demographic Information needed:

  • Name and DOB
  • MHA enrolled member
  • Verify Insurance
  • Phone number
  • Drug of Choice (DOC) and last use

Treatment placement priority’s:

  • Pregnant women
  • IV and fentanyl users
  • Opioid and alcohol users
  • Incarcerated clients

Step 3

MHA support team will obtain an ROI and contact the treatment facilities for availability and placement.

Step 4

  • Obtain COVID-19 test, evaluation and physical.
  • We can schedule transport
